What we do not provide
Kangqiao New Journey is not a hospital or clinic. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend high-risk tests without medical assessment, or guarantee appointment or medical outcomes. All in-hospital medical services are independently provided by the relevant institution and its licensed medical staff.

Is this a travel package?
No. The core service is screening needs consultation and hospital appointment coordination. Accommodation, transfers or interpreting are explained separately when needed, and sightseeing is not bundled with medical services.
Can you guarantee a specific hospital or date?
No. We can inquire about your preferred medical resource, but acceptance, dates, campus and department are subject to the medical institution's confirmation.
Will you recommend PET/CT, MRI or endoscopy?
A coordinator can record your concerns but does not replace medical judgment. Suitability, risks and preparation must be assessed by qualified medical professionals.
How long does appointment confirmation take?
It depends on availability, screening direction and document completeness. After the initial check, we explain an estimated communication time without promising an unconfirmed date.
How are screening and service fees paid?
Hospital screening fees, Kangqiao coordination fees and optional third-party costs are explained separately. Payment methods and cancellation terms are provided before confirmation.
Can you help with English report documents?
We can assist with report document organization or language communication within the agreed scope. Medical interpretation, diagnosis and treatment advice must come from licensed physicians.
Do you provide visa or entry advice?
We may share general information links, but requirements change by nationality, passport and date. Always follow current official government guidance.
